This week we have completed molding for the new suspension system & new hanger and have done intensive durability and reliability testing. Now we have received most parts for production and we are on track to start shipping an initial small run production units by end of Oct, 2017 and mass batch production units by end of Nov, 2017.
Customer satisfaction is our highest priority. In order to provide exceptional customer service and technical support, we launched a new support system this week. The new system will allow us to better follow up and serve our customers. If you have any technical issues with the product you purchased, please submit a support ticket and our engineers will get back to you within 2 – 3 business days.
How Do I check my ticket status? If you submitted your support ticket prior to 10/13/2017, you can check your ticket status HERE. If you submitted your support ticket on or after 10/13/2017, you can check your ticket status HERE. The old ticket system will remain accessible for another 4 weeks but will no longer accepting new tickets. Please submit ticket through our new system HERE.
